At Last!!

Arrived at the yard today to find a finished boat! See photos opposite. Very happy. She's looking fantastic and something to be proud of. She went into the water this afternoon - I wasn't there due to a dentist appointment - but I've heard nothing from the yard so I assume she floated! Just sorry I couldn't be there to get photos of her in the crane strops.
The press launch is now planned for 1030 on Monday next week so anyone who can come and support (and possibly get on the telly or in the press) then please fill ya boots.
Work, for me, is now finished until I go off to Reading Festival for Delta/Nokia at the end of August (assuming we're back in time) so I can now get on with the preparations for the trip and organising the builders to gut the house while I'm away.
Still trying to get charts sorted out. I've managed to blag a few from contacts I've made through the internet (thanks Mike) and Hansome Bob has said he'll get some Scottish ones. If anyone feels they can come up with a chart or two for their leg I'd be prepared to show my gratitude in many ways....!
I'll see if I can get some photos of the good ship Gamaldansk afloat tomorrow.
